PROJECT - INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL
Integrated Electrolife System, is engaged in providing
consultancy and in developing non-standard instrumentation based products &
systems exclusively as per requirement of industries and research institutes
such as IITs, CSIR, ICAR etc. Only we need detailed requirement of the user. We
can undertake project work for complex correlated multi-parameter based system.
We have developed several products / systems for our clients. Few of them are as
follows :
RESPIROMETER for Biomedical Ventilator :
mP based system
developed for Biomedical Ventilator manufacturer, which gives highly accurate &
stable monitoring and control of Respiratory rate, I/E ratio, Volume, Oxygen
(%). On- panel mounted version is also available on request.
TOTALISER CUM SPEED MONITORING SYSTEM :
mP based system
specially designed for mikam drum / mixer, normally being used for coal /
cooking coal / iron and steel research institutes. It gives the direct reading
total remaining count with Speed ( RPM) simultaneously with an logic output (Rly)
on completion of presentable value of total count.
Optionally, computer connectivity RS-232 is provided to log the real time value
on the existing computer for analysis .
WIND TUNNEL for Lab application :
mP based system to
Monitor and calibrate the wind speed . It is compact ,table-top Model with solid
state sensor, free from any wear and tear, as there is no mechanical movement
for wind speed sensing. Also Air velocity transmitter can be supplied for air at
standard Pressure ( 101.2 kPa, 29.9" Hg.) for the range 0.15 - 10 m/s.
Temperature measurement upto; 0-70 Deg.Cel with an acceptable angle of +
30 Deg.
Level Monitoring for Dam / Mining application :
mP based system to
monitoring and logging the variation of water level of dam and mining
application . The system has its capability of logging around 8000 data into its
memory which can be downloaded to a PC kept at Lab. Several other features can
be incorporated as per Customers requirement .
Non-contact type Displacement Measurement :
mP based System for
linear and rectilinear displacement using the principle of magnetostriction with
analog, digital output. Also rotational position measurement system is available
with linear output .
OTHER PRODUCTS : mP
based Humidity Chamber with inbuilt Data logger, precision water bath, Solid
Block bath, precision Oven, mV/mA source cum measure with high internal
impedance. DC power supply for laboratory. |
