INTEGRATED ELECTROLIFE SYSTEM offers an wide range of Dataloggers having universal / dedicated inputs with custom built software .The unique inbuilt memory facility offers an extra flexibility and reduces the recurring operating cost in data keeping / recording . The RS-232/485/ MODBUS communication allows long distance datalogging.
We manufacture three types of dataloggers as follows:

a)	Microprocessor Based Scanner Datalogger , Model: 3001-DI, dedicated for any one type of Temp. Input type & Range with printer port (centronix) and or memory of keeping 3000 data.
	Specifications Display 4 digit 0.56" , 7 segment LED for Temp., 2 digit 0.56", 7 segment LED for Channel No. No. Of Channel  16 .Input : PT-100/ J/K/R type Thermocouple( select any one type). Accuracy: +0.1% +1 digit. Serial Output: RS-232. Logging Rate Selectable in Hours:Mins (00:01 to 23:59) RTC controlled with battery backup to save 3000 readings. Real Time Clock : Adjustable in Hours: Mins and Month/ Date. Auto/Manual Mode: Toggle between Autp /  Manual mode. Display mode: 1 to 99 Sec. Selectable from front panel. Printer Configuration: Centronix port for DOT matrix printer. Size (LXBXD) : 96X96X175 mm. Configuration Lock :  At rear terminals to lock no. of channel & Clock settings.
b)	Microprocessor Based Scanner Datalogger, Model: 3002-UI, with universal input, programmable range, engineering parameters, scan interval etc. with several other features. The datalogger has the inbuilt memory card to store approximately 8000 data which can be downloaded to PC can be printed through the centronix port provided. Alternatively at the PC end different types of software can be provided as per requirement of the client. Specifications : Display 16 digit X 2 lines green alpha numeric display. No. Of Channel 8/16/24/32/64 Channels Input Universal Input, each channel field configurable for following :- a) Thermocouple ( with C/J compensation) : J, K, R, S, T, B, E type. b) PT-100 RTD . c) 0 - 10 Vdc/ 0 - 5 Vdc / 1 - 5 vdc. d) 4 - 20mA / 0 - 20 mA . Accuracy +0.1% +1 digit.  Scan Time Multiplex scanning by red relay. All cards scanned in parallel to get an overall scan time of 4 seconds. Display Scan Rate: User selectable 1 to 180 Sec Key Board 4x4 weather proof membrane key pad for easy programming . Printout Duration: Programmable from 2 to 60 Min. Print can also be taken by print command. Serial Interface RS-232 or RS-485 withstandard protocol. Memory  Card for around 8000 data Engineering Units The instrument has the compatibility of upto 25 engineering unit. Out of 25 units 17 units are rendered as following: 1) Deg. Cel., 2)  Kg., 3) TPH, 4) LPH, 5) LPM,6) mmHG , 7) Kg/cm2, 8) PSIg, 9) BAR, 10) mm WC, 11) pH, 12) % RH, 13) RPM, 14) Volt, 15)  KV, 16) AMP, 17) Hz. The user can programme their own units from 18 to 25. The engineering units is displayed along with the process variable and with the print out. Channel Address Upto 11 digit alpha-numeric channel address can be assigned to each channel.
C)	Microprocessor Based HIGH SPEED Datalogger, Model: 3003-UIP, with universal input, programmable, range, engineering parameter, scan interval etc. several features . Here at instrument side there is no display. All configuration to be done from PC end. It is more user friendly and suitable for continuous logging. At PC end different types of software can be provided as per requirement of the client . Here the print interval is programmable from 1 - 99 sec from PC. For analysis Zooming option is provided upto 50 times ( subject to its range & min. resolution selected ) .This type of datalogger is specially suitable for Research Laboratories . NOTE (OPTIONAL) : Along with datalogger, Model: 3002UI & 3003UIP we can provide software with the compatibility of Mimics, online trend ,controls, SQC, SPC, XY plots, Alarm page and various other report generation.
